We process orders Monday–Saturday. Orders placed on weekends ship the next business day. WhatsApp us if you need urgent delivery arranged.
Most of our soaps work beautifully for sensitive skin because we avoid the harsh detergents in commercial products. However, every skin is unique. We recommend a patch test on the inside of your arm for 24 hours before regular use. Our Lavender, Coconut, and Plain Shea bars are especially gentle.
If your order arrives damaged, WhatsApp us with a photo within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or refund immediately — no hassle.
Contact us via WhatsApp as soon as possible. We can modify orders before they ship. Once shipped, changes are not possible but you can return unopened items.
Yes — we offer basic gift packaging on request. Add a note in the order notes at checkout and we'll wrap it for you at no extra charge.

Yes! Free US shipping on all orders over $50. Standard shipping is a flat fee on orders below that.

Because we don't use synthetic preservatives, our products have a shorter shelf life than mass-market alternatives — but they're fresher when they reach you. Use within 6 months for best results. Store in a cool, dry place.
